Domestic - There is a flat rate shipping fee of $12.00.
International - The flat rate for International orders is $25.00 for orders.
Courier - We use Australia Post for all orders shipping to a residential address.
Packaging - Once your order leaves us and you are advised of the tracking number, we're at the mercy of the shippers tracking information. Please check their website for expected delivery times. We'll do everything possible to assist and make sure you get the goods you've bought!
Time Frames - We will always try to deliver our products to you as quickly as possible.
Returns Policy - 30 day money back (less original shipping cost) guarantee, when the SaxSupport is returned, if you are not satisfied with your SaxSupport Sax Stand.If the goods you receive are found to be damaged or defective, these may be returned to us within 30 days, in the original packaging, for replacement.
